About Us

The Mumbai Wholesale Gold Jewellers Association was established in 1988 with a vision to create a unified platform for gold jewellery wholesalers in Mumbai. Based in the heart of Zaveri Bazar, the epicenter of India's gold trade, we have grown to become one of the most influential trade associations in India's gold & silver jewellery industry.

Our association represents over 350 active members, ranging from established family businesses that have been operating for generations to modern enterprises bringing innovation to the industry. We serve as the collective voice of Mumbai's gold jewellery wholesale community, advocating for fair trade practices, reasonable regulations and the overall growth of the industry.

Mumbai Wholesale Gold Jewellers Association works closely with industry bodies and other key stakeholders to advance trade and protect the interests of our members. In November 2024, we proudly inaugurated our new office at Zaveri Bazar, marking a new chapter in our association's journey.
